I was thinking of upgrading my PC graphics card just to get a free copy of the game (comes with behind the scenes DVD, too), but not sure yet. I'm not much of a PC gamer, but thought it'd be cool to play this game in max detail.

Recommended specs also say to have an i7 3.6 Ghz processor. Mine is a i5 3.4 Ghz. Not sure if they inflate their recommended specs, but I'd hate to buy a $300 GTX 970 just to realize I also need to spend $300 more for another processor. No game in the world is worth $600. I already have the PS4 CE ordered, anyway.

Collector's Edition. Comes with some extra in-game stuff, DVD, steelbook, replica of bionic arm and whatnot.

Introduction of Quiet. Pretty badass intro...

Yeah, I don't think the processor matters too much as does the GPU.

I'll probably pick up a 970, something relatively cheap. Shouldn't have much of a problem running it.

Just, it's possible, but I wouldn't count on it.

I'm still in the middle of moving from Vegas to Phoenix, so I've been offline and haven't updated anything. Couple of notes:

22 reviews with an aggregate 95 rating on Metacritic. That's insane. The Washington Post has the lowest score and its review is massively spoilerific, so avoid reading. The author rants about Quiet wearing a bra and thong into battle...standard SJW tripe. Otherwise, all the reviews have been positive.

There will be a companion app for TPP, but not for Xbox360 and PC. Basically, it is a map. No word on if you can work on your mother base with it, but that'd be great.

The last trailer from Hideo released 2 days ago. On my phone, so I can't link it, but it goes briefly through the history of MGS. Very cool with Quiet's Theme as the music.

Similar to Peace Walker, there are two endings. One requires a little grinding to get to...may be a turn off for some. There was concern about requiring real money to build the online FOBs, but that is not correct. You can microtransaction the production speed, but that's it. You can also opt not to build any FOBs. Choice is yours.

Just five days until I get my Big Boss fap arm and game. My body is ready. I've basically avoided other websites and twitch/youtube (aside from OHN twitch, awesome MGS marathon they're doing).

I was hoping for that and asked Gamestop, best buy, etc. If there was an SE version they would already know about it. GS said the Black Friday bundle will probably be the Star Wars Battlefront, but they wouldn't confirm until 30 days out. I ended up buying the Xbone version, but will pick up a PS4 whatever bundle during the black Friday event.

Per conversation with Gamestop sales lady, the PS4 Black Friday bundle will be Star Wars Battle Front. Only speculation until 30 days prior to Black Friday.

I wouldn't hold your breathe on a MGSV bundle. If one was coming you would already know about it. I assume you are still playing your PS3 which is understandable to get the new game. I have PS3 in the bedroom my main console is the Xbox in the living room. I can wait until Thanksgiving to get a PS4, sounds like you are ready to get one now.
