I think I'm gonna get it, I switched to Fifa being my only sports game about five years ago but gonna pick up madden.
I've been boycotting it a while hoping that eventually they wouldn't have exclusivity but oh well

Agreed. I had it with EA Access and have been playing over the last few days. I played a few online games and then I found the Draft Champion game. I spent 4 hours just playing that it's so addicting. The players are limited but hopefully they add some new players to it to choose from. I'm on the X1 if anyone wants to play.

Bought it online a week ago for the PS4 from someone who preordered it. I have to wait till tomorrow to receive it however saved $20 in the process.
I haven't played Madden since Megatron was on the cover. I am hoping the next gen can improve upon that version and offer more than just amazing facial scans.
I already played the demo and plan on updating the ratings on many players...me and Madden never seem to agree on these things...Like Keenan Lewis having a lower rating than Brandon Browner or Richard Sherman having a Perfect Zone Coverage rating.

I'm excited for the new controls. I know its the same stuff every year, but I still end up getting it. I'll play sports games over RPG's any day of the week though. I'm also really excited for NBA 2k16, because I skipped 15.

The ability to tell the receiver to run after the catch has completely changed every screen play. No longer does the receiver catch it and stand there like an idiot.

I will buy it, all be it reluctantly. Really miss NCAA and excited to get back into FIFA this year.

I agree, it's a simple fix.
I just practiced around for 30 mins with Beckham Jr. making spectacular catches.
Only thing I hate, as I did last year are the modifier moves with the left trigger. I can hardly ever pull them off.
