Ken Griffey for sports, GoldenEye for shooters, Ocarina of Time for RPG.

Absolute favorite, the one I spend most time with: CoD4.

Zelda---the first one.

I played that game so much all the gold rubbed off the cartridge.

probably mario kart racing was my favorite. i think golden eye was the most advanced game for its time.

Ocarina of Time. Not only is it a great game with a great story, it basically defined how pretty much every game handles an interface in 3d.

How many games have you played with some form of target locking mechanism?
