I work as a server at a restaurant, it is pretty standard for servers to pay a percentage of sales back to the house for bus help and hostesses. The problem is that my employer is claiming the full amount of my tips, without subtracting the tip share that I pay. It equals out to a significant amount...

a couple of people sent me msgs on 360 about waiting till later in the game to call it in, but i was still nervous we would loose connection. I got to about 20 with the chopper gunner and had to kill the last ones with my trusty ACR. I love that gun...

well i think this years liability is going to be a lot higher than last year, so i kind of want her to do it on her projected income, and does she have to worry about state taxes....
no, thats how she got me doing all this leg work to begin with...
how much will it be for her to talk to a cpa, once she knows how to estimate her taxes i think she can pay them quarterly on her own, and then have the cpa file her year end....
