One thing that pisses me off is people dont respect the etiquette of pvp. Every time ive been killed has been in a sneak attack or while fighting an enemy. Pisses me off

You wouldn't be a fan of corndog then. He would ring the bell in undead crypt and then hide behind waves of npc enemies

The other day I had a guy invade my at the belfry luna, next I see another guys invade. Im at the belltower and take care of the first guy. I turn to look and the other guy was waiting on the other side just watching us. I get across from him, knowing what he was doing and give him a "thank you" and a bow. He does the same and we begin. I win.
TLDR: This guy had class and waited for me to finish the first one before getting into it with me. Thank you whoever you are.

It's one thing if someone is trolling. But it's another when someone just backstabs you while you're fighting or during a sneak attack. Then make some cocky gesture like they did something special

There is no honor among invaders. I had one guy bow before he attacked, but then he attacked me with a spammy counter build so he was a noble douche.

Just about every time I was invaded I summoned any sign I could see and then casted chameleon.

This game is nowhere near as good as 1.
Level design is horrid. Bosses are boring, unimaginative, and have no story.
fighting petrify mummies in the water on the way to lost sinner...frick that.
That fricking shortcut in the bastille.. where you open a door that leads to nothing but a fall. Wow. Yeah I get its a useful shortcut but cmon...shite like that breaks immersion
or a rope bridge blocking me in no mans wharf.. a fricking peice of rope

its not a bad game... Its just that i picked it up directly after my first ever playthrough of DS1. with ds1 fresh in my mind, ds2 just makes me shake my head sometimes.

No, it's not as good. Dark Souls was like a religious experience to me, but DS2 is just a pretty good game. Miyazaki is sorely missed.

Just took down the Mirror knight and made my way into Shrine of Armana?
Hate to say it, but I was a little underwhelmed with the Mirror Knight. I feel like the early reviews and previews of the game pumped this boss up a lot more. For some reason I was expecting this giant knight and the enemies out of the shield would be much tougher as well.
Was it just me?
