Clash of Clans - Any Advice for 1 Month Old LVL 3 Clan?

Anyone have advice on how to effectively recruit good clan members. We end up with about 1 out of 20 recruits from global chat that are high quality players, not talking about level...just people who are loyal, mature and participate in war and donations.
We just had a separate the wheat from the chaff moment that has dropped us to around 25 members.
Just curious about others recruiting experiences and advice.

y'all could join the clan I'm in. we have a solid core of 20-25. We had more but the recent changes pissed a few players off. the name of the clan is teho, we have a purple and gold shield

This is not true at all. I'm a maxed out TH9 and haven't spent 1 penny.

You will likely never go through global and build a clan. If you are a small group, you are better of finding a clan to join. There a quite a few on TD that are good. Either you need to know quite a few people and join together, or find an established clan to join.
