i also got my 3rd out of 5 win, for winning the next 5 out of 10 for the KIA contract. Against the Bulls at home.
Bull are #1 in the East. We were up 20 at the end of the 3rd and we still tried to give it away. I love it when coach pulls Noel, Young, & Turner to put in the likes of Allen, Moultrie, Wroten, and Royce White while the Bulls are on a 15-4 run in 4 minutes. It's like he purposely tries to lose us the game sometimes with his substitution timing. Luckily, the Bulls tried to press the last 6 minutes of the game. Rose was exhausted leading the comeback, so I just had the inbounder pass to Wroten, I would cut at an angle across the court. Wroten throw it to me. Then I'd essentially have a 3 on 2 fastbreak setup, with Rose tailing. At first I tried getting the other 2 involved, but they kept getting their shots blocked or missing post moves. So I just went off at the end using Finisher signature skill to make layups with contact.
Was still way to close to be up 20 points with 10 minutes left. But a W is a W.

fellas, i think i'm about to give up on the 76'ers as a franchise.....

There's just nobody who can score on a consistent basis on this team. No one, without Richardson & Noel. And on Defense, unless it's me making some miraculous play, forget about it. Hawes and Young wouldn't even put a hand up as Melo, Chandler, and Stoudamire were putting on a post move. They would just stand there and wait for the rebound. Transition Defense is solely left up to me. They don't even try to get back on defense.
I was left demoralized after that effort and to lose. I'm at 3 out of 6 for KIA contract. I've got @Bulls, @Houston, @San Antonio. Next on the schedule. Hell of a road trip. No way I get 5 out of 10 for the KIA contract.

I started out as a scoring PG with the 76ers. I took the game out the box and started playing My Career from the get go...not a very good idea, especially since I have not played 2k in years. I got fed up with Philly after about 20 games and decided I'm going to start over. If I get picked by Philly again, I'll stick with it but I'm getting out of their ASAP. At least now I'll have a better grasp of the game.

I'm can't think of another team in the league with less talent than Philly. Maybe Orlando.
But I'm in the same boat. It sucks.
eta: Scratch that, Orlando has Oladepo, Nelson, and Afflalo. Far more talented than Philly.

yep. just take the suspension. it'll boost your team chemistry and get you closer to a Team Defensive Bonus.

We rolled the Spurs in San Antonio by 20, I went off for 50. But then lost to Houston @Houston. I did everything I could but that team drains 3 after 3 after 3. We were down 19 in the 4th and we only lost by 3. Hopefully, I get this win @Home vs the Pistons.
Also, I finally got to the Nike vs Jordan decision. I'm only 5 games til the end of my season. But I dropped 50 on the Spurs and my agent talked over the decision with me at the apartment.
Nike.
Less money upfront. Instantly more fans and publicity. Incentives for good play and eventually my own shoes.
Jordan.
More money upfront. And the allure of being one of the few to be chosen for the Jordan brand. Less incentives and I'm not sure if you eventually get your own shoe.
I had already created and purchased a few Nikes I liked, so I went Nike. 7k VC signing bonus immediately. Pretty nice. I hadn't used any VC on dunking until I got the 7K from Nike. So I upped my dunking from 50 to 85. .....But I guess you don't dunk unless you have Dunk Packages equipped?

If I get pulled one more time after leading my team to within 5 points after getting in with 3 minutes left in the 1st, I'm gonna rage.
Every time I bring the team to within 5, a timeout is called, I'm sat, and we lose by 2 or so. bullshite

I am a 3pt scoring PG for the Detroit pistons. I throw constant lobs to Josh Smith, Greg Monroe, and Andre Drummand or kick it out to Jennings, Billups, and Stuckey for 3's. We are currently the 1 seed heading into the East.
I decided to stick with my Agent friend instead of going for the bigger agent, mainly because I want Jordan or Nike instead of Adidas.

eventually eventually, you'll just be named the Starter. Then you're minutes will sky rocket and have to worry about your Stamina. Just takes 10-12 of those type frustrating games where you miss the end of the game

worth it, i haven't even seen anyone online chose the big agent , so I have no idea how that plays out.
But towards the end of your Rookie season you'll get the Nike vs Jordan choice.

Yeah I'd be demanding a trade
When they were having all of those ridiculous server issues it deleted my original career where I got drafted by the Bobcats. The Pistons are so much better.

I started as a 6'8" 240# SF. Got drafted by the 76ers. Everyone else sucks. I guess Noel is hurt because I haven't seen him play on our team yet. I'm only about 10 games in.
I am averaging about 20 points a game but the coach takes me out at the absolute worst times. I'll get us to within 5, come back in down 15. Rinse and repeat. I'm up to 22 minutes coming off the bench as the 6th man. Evan Turner is "taking me under his wing" but frick he sucks.
If I get on a scoring tear, and score on more than three straight possessions they won't give me the ball unless I call for it several times, which decreases your grade for "bad call for pass". No one else plays defense so I have to help on an uncontested drive to the basket only to have the guy kick it to my man for three. "Allow man to Score" FAAAWWWWWWWWWKKKK.
Somehow everyone on the team likes me a lot and so does the GM and coach but they still make the stupidest decisions of all time.
(The only reason I am doing the MyPlayer is because I won the first round of MyGM mode and can't simulate the other rounds to go to the 2nd because of some glitch 2k hasn't fixed yet)
