oh yeah. Once had a link from this place on Hwy 107 north of Marksville. Tasted so bad i tossed it out the window. Then felt really bad for the coon or possum that was going to get sick on it.

I've had some really bland stuff, and some where the rice wasn't fully cooked. Plus, if it sits in the rice cooker all day it can spoil.

Of the boudin places on the Scott exit I prefer the store north of the interstate. I will try some more when I get back down there
