Post a pic of your favorite kitchen tool/gadget.

I don't use this on my good knife, but it's great for steak knives, and other blades.

A pot and pan.

Surprising, huh? It will be so retro when these millenials realize what a piece of shite idea a sous vide is.

You mean submerging a piece of meat in luke warm water for 48 hrs is a bad idea? You just have to be strong willed that's all. It's tough to be that patient.

Edlund 12" Locking Tongs
One of the best multi-taskers. Aside from handling hot food or plates you can;
Open stubborn jars
Grab high-hard to reach items in the pantry
Pry beer bottle tops
Squeeze citrus
Retrieve items out of a hot sink
Toss salad
Etc...

The 160's are perfectly safe for proteins to sit at 4.5 to 40 hours, vacuum sealed, with your choice of seasonings, with no problem.

Most food scientist agree.

A good knife. Wooden spoon.

I can deal with pretty much anything else. A shitty knife and I will just quit.

Hate going to the in-laws to cook because they dont have a single sharp knife or a knife sharpener in their house. I pretty much refuse to cook there.

This thing is awesome

I recently bought these 2 gadgets that i've yet to use. Concept behind them seem pretty smart.

It's still this guy... opens beer bottles and wine bottles with ease, plus can be used to gouge the eye out of an intruder.

Huh. I have one of these in my pantry & didn't know what the hell it was for. I've used one side as a scrap bowl. I guess I'll try battering something.
