Fried turnovers here. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside.

Usually like the steamed pork bun if that counts. Shrimp noodle thing is good too.

I bought one in SF Chinatown called egg custard as a half joke.. shite was delicious

It's hard to pick 1 item but for me it would be a toss up between pan fried radish cake, stewed chicken feet, and shrimp rice noodle, extra sweet soy sauce mixed with chili to dip everything else in.

I really have no idea. A good friend of mine's girlfriend loves them (no pics) but I was like, "chicken feet?" when he told me. What do you eat? There's hardly any meat.
