I would definitely eat your "pho" . :lol: The only thing I would suggest is some fresh egg noodles instead of Maruchan packs. But I doubt you'll be able to find it in your neck of the woods if you can't get rice noodles. :cheers: I love seeing your post; I would eat everything you cook....
