You stated that a crisp casing on fresh boudin does not exist. I gave you ten examples from reviews by the person that puts on the annual boudin competition in Lafayette. You stopped posting after that. You just refuse to admit you are wrong. It is kind of sad.

Like I'm the only one saying that. I've never experienced it. I don't trust those people. They could be just as shitty as you. You refuse to admit there are differing opinions on this. It's beyond sad.
