I remember eating goat for the first time at Ahuuas on Jones Creek 10 years ago. The owner didn't want to serve it to me because I'm a honkey.

That experience opened my eyes to the cultural differences that I know recognize everyday.

PS: It was delicious.

had some goat kofta on a pita in London last week. Freaking delicious. would love to get some here.

I still haven't had a chance to try that crispy goat recipe. The one where yall gave me recs on where to find goat around town. I appreciate that thread and bookmarked it though. I'll get around to it

Go to the arab stores...you'll find it there. Goat is delicious.
