I remember eating goat for the first time at Ahuuas on Jones Creek 10 years ago. The owner didn't want to serve it to me because I'm a honkey.
That experience opened my eyes to the cultural differences that I know recognize everyday.

I still haven't had a chance to try that crispy goat recipe. The one where yall gave me recs on where to find goat around town. I appreciate that thread and bookmarked it though. I'll get around to it
