I'll be cooking a 10lb brisket on the smoker. Starting the smoker up tonight while sipping on some whiskey!

This guy,

It was a Christmas gift I opened Sunday. It's all I can think about. I've had smokers before, but this thing is da' bomb.

Masterbuilt, 3 cubic feet of smoke Heaven, internal meat probe/remote.

sounds sexy and everything a man could hope for..

most of y'all probly don't remember having to get up and change the channel on the tv. there was usually only 2 channels anyway, so I'd just usually wait for a youngn' to come by and change it..

I told my wife to pick up a roast, but we have 10+ people to feed, and she said all of them were too small, so she got a pork shoulder instead.

So I'll start smoking it tonight, and once it has a nice bark on it, I'm going to wrap it in foil and put it in the oven at 190 overnight.

What do you do with the pork loin? I don't claim to be a serious smoker, but I like to do a little on my weber kettle. I do butts, ribs and chickens, but have never done a pork loin. I was supposed to be cooking one tomorrow, might throw that sum bitch on the pit now

Can split it to where you can roll it out, and then stuff with feta and sun dried tomatoes, roll back up and then tie it together, sprinkle with salt/pepper and grill/smoke.

i remember having a tv, where the plastic knob wore out; only way to change the channel was with a pair of needle-nose pliers. and god help you if you didn't put those pliers back next to the tv...sh*t got real around the Vedder household...
