Not sure what to think about this Black Maple Hill... I dont dislike it but it's a little different for sure. Great nose, lots of corn, finish kinda drops off too fast.

I just poured a glass of buffalo trace that I've had ageing in my 2 liter barrel for about 100 days. I definitely taste more oak. I'm enjoying it quite a bit.

Deep south barrels. I'm enjoying this pour, but even if it didn't improve, the barrel is still a cool conversation piece.
