Pulling on some Knob Creek for a night cap.

shite's delicious, but whiskey just doesn't taste quite right when it's so hot outside. Think I'm going to go back to cheapos until it cools off.

yo fellas .. never really post in this thread, but I got a bottle of Elijah Craig Small Batch 12 Year. It's really quite good. Nice vanilla sweetness that balances out the alcohol. Had 3 last night .. 2 on rocks, 1 neat. Gonna try and hang on to this bottle for a bit.

If you can snag some of their 18 year whiskey, it's very good also.

Buffalo trace antique collection sept 2013, very limited pappy release also. Jefferson presidential select 21 limited batches aug 2013, second release of Elijah Craig's barrel proof aug 2013, stagg jr aug 2013.

Information I have received from a distribution company.

If y'all can get a bottle of the bowman bros vsb I highly recommend. Had another pour last night. I must say its even better since given time to open up a bit.

Yea your right about BTAC getting way too popular. I'm hoping to snag the whole collection in the fall. Got several feelers out... last year it started hitting stores in early October

You can still snag a few bottles of Thomas Handy Sazerac Rye from the BTAC around BR. I picked one up for $65.99 for the hell of it. All I need is a bottle of the Sazerac 18 to complete the set for 2012.

Ive got a few bottles of Handy. It's probably the least popular of the BTAC but I love it. Saz18 is probably the most popular next to Stagg

I'm kind of partial to the William Larue Weller myself. I've never tried the Sazerac 18.

William Larue Weller is the wheated mashbill. It's 123 proof unfiltered just like the Stagg but much smoother. To me it is the best Bourbon that I have ever had.

You will find some on the Bourbon Exchange. Other than that you will have to wait and see if you will be one of the "Lucky Ones" in the Fall. I've got 1 opened right now and 2 bunkered.

gmrkr5...Where do you currently reside?
