Saturday night a group of us were fortunate enough to try all 10 mashbills of Four Roses. That was a fun night. The majority winner was OBSK with OBSV, OESK, and OESQ all highly rated. For me personally, big fan of the B line of bourbons, like that high rye content. They were never extra spicy or overbearing, they were for the most part very mellow and tasty. Not too hot. The E line of bourbons seemed to be hotter even though they had less rye in the mashbill. Definitely recommend Four Roses if you haven't experienced any.

Big shout out to SingleMalt for bringing the delicious ribs that I will be devouring again tonight for dinner. Skirt steak, ribs, mashed taters and bacon Mac and cheese made for an awesome dinner before the Four Roses. Oh and we had cupcakes with a bourbon/caramel frosting. Was an awesome night for everyone.

They were. This won't be the only collaboration between BSoBR and Cupcake Allie. Don't worry.
