Trying to get an idea on what to get my dad for fathers day. He's a big bourbon fan and seems to already have a lot of the accessories (whiskey wedge, cubes, etc.) Other than the obvious bottle of bourbon, anything y'all would suggest getting him?

TIA

Check out this company they make hand blown glassware for craft beer and bourbon. I think the Artisan glasses look cool and would be great if he has bourbon buddies over for tastings.

Pretty pumped about my most recent finds. Couldn't get a four grain but snagged a barrel proof. Looking forward to cracking both open. What's everyone's take on the BP?

My local store has Elijah Craig Small Batch Barrel Proof. Should I buy all of them? Never had any of the EC stuff. Did pick up a 1792 Sweet Wheat while I was there.

ECBP is one that shows up often for me. I don't see a reason to buy them all. Grab one and try it. If you like it buy another.

All I've ever had is small batch and the rye. I was pretty excited to come across this.

Stagg for me. Saz 18 for her.

Got engaged four years ago today after the Super Regional against Oklahoma. Now wife's first words when I got down on one knee, "are you okay? Did something happen?"

She is high maintanance, pour her some crown. Mrs wick an I had a few nice pours at Houmas House Turtle Bar this evening. Been s little while since we had been there, berry underrated place for a drink.

Is there a discernible difference between a four grain bottle and a single grain bottle? What are the general characteristics of each?

Haven't had the four grain yet. Excited to try. They just recently released this. Now, the Single Barrel is one of my personal favorites. Great stuff.

Astor wines is having 15% off all whiskeys for father's day, it ends today. If you are a first time buyer, you get free shipping when you purchase over $99. I bought 2 bottles of scotch, seemed like a good deal.

Looking for a little help from some Rye drinkers.

Would Whistle Pig 10 yo single barrel be a good gift for a rye drinker?
