Just opened this Maker's Private Select. Best bourbon I have at the moment. Possibly even better than the Blanton's Gold I have open. Highly recommend any of these Maker's bottlings.
Started the night with this guy. Finally found a western peaty scotch I love. This is incredible and makes Laphroaig look silly IMO.
3rd pour tonight. Just opened. Mother of God. This is just as good and maybe better than the Maker's Private Select. Much more rye and floral notes here. Finish lasts for minutes. So glad I have another unopened bottle.
Eta: on second thought, this is the best bourbon in my bar. It may be peanuts for some of you baws, but this is up there with great scotches that cost $200-400 per bottle.

The best bourbons in the world compare to mediocre scotches.
