Historic Market Square has La Margarita and Mi Tierra if you don't have to eat on the Riverwalk. It's a cool place to check out anyway.
You're probably staying downtown (the Riverwalk is long) but Supper down at The Pearl area has a great steak and chimichurri. It's another area that's fun to check out if you're there on a weekend.
Get a Reuben at Schilo's for lunch one day.

Iron Cactus (kind of a chain restaurant) on the Riverwalk was a solid meal for us. So good that we ate dinner there twice on the same vacation. With Covid-19, we didn't have many choices within walking distance of our hotel.
For drinks after dinner, Soho Wine & Martini Bar is just up some stairs and across the street from Iron Cactus. Great ambiance inside of an old bank with the wine stored in the vault.

It’s touristy but really good. I eat there every time I’m in town for work. Fire roasted salsa and brisket enchiladas are really good

Boudro's on the River Walk. Lot's of great options else where like la Panaderia Bakery near the Alamo for breakfast or lunch. Ma Harpers for cajun food and Luna Rosa Puerto Rican restaurant. Most of these were featured on Triple D and very good.
Shrimp and grits at Boudro's is first rate!
