I love Tabasco. I didn't care for it as a kid and preferred LA then. Now I really don't like LA much. It's got too much of something in it and is a little too overpowering. I feel like Tabasco is better at complimenting other flavors.
I also like Garlic Power, Cholula, Valentina, and Sriracha of course.
