I'm from New Iberia but I always found Tabasco had too much vinegar taste. I use Sriracha.

I like cholula too. Eta for scrambled eggs and omelets.

Sriracha for pho.

Those are the 2 main things I like with hot sauce.

Different sauces for different purposes.

Crystal is my all-purpose hot sauce, however.

Yep, vinegar is the main ingredient in Tabasco. In my opinion if the first ingredient in your hot sauce isn't peppers, you're disqualified

Crystal for LA dishes and in cooking. Tapatio or Cholula for Mexican food and eggs.

Love this too. I really like all Mexican hot sauces.

I have Crystal, LA, Tabasco, Sriacaha, Choula and Valentine all at the house. Depends on the mood. Tabasco is pretty much for beans only. Texas Pete sucks

I've never seen Tapatio in the stores. Where do you buy it?

I love vinegar, so that's probably why I enjoy tabasco so much. There are plenty of great hot sauces and I probably have 8-10 different bottles at home.
