habanero margarita

I've posted this before:

Two fifths Silver tequila
10 habanero peppers
Triple sec
Lime juice
Pineapple juice

Cut the peppers in half. Place in a glass jar and add one of the bottles of tequila. Leave peppers in the jar for 24hr then remove. Return the tequila to the bottle. Will keep unrefrigerated forever.

One drink:
1.5oz tequila
1oz triple sec
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp habenero tequila
Shake and pour over ice.

I've recently infused tequila with habaneros and chiles to add a little smokey flavor

If you aren't drinking palomas, you're more basic than basic.

My only complaint is they go down too easy.

How much more basic does it get than tequila and grapefruit soda?

No Cointreau. It's better without.

Jasmine Margarita:

Margarita on the rocks no salt all day. That is one of my favorite drinks in general not just in the tequila category.
