First course: Veal short rib ravioli from Restaurant August
Salad: Deconstructed caesar salad from Cindy's Back Porch
Entree: Veal Osso Buco from Indigo in New Orleans
Dessert: Chocolate Bread Pudding Souffle' from Redfish Grill

Wine: starter 1995 Moet Chandon Dom Perignon Champagne
Red: Belle Glos 2007 Las Asturas Pinot Noir

I'd finish with a glass of Port and a Monte Cristo Maduro cigar.

Then they'd finish me off. BTW what crime did I commit?

I can see you've considered this question before

My grandmother's (mom's side) chicken and andouille/ette gumbo. Light peanut butter colored with a chicken she killed herself and an andouille that wasn't just ham in casing, but had a little bit of intestine inside, pretty much a mix between andouille and andouillette. On the side, her potato salad and her mustard greens smothered with the tasso she made herself.

There is no question about this one. I've missed this meal for 10 years now and wish I could have it one more time.

Start with a sazerac and a joint (to get the stomach growling)
Chargrilled oysters
Turtle Soup
Smoked pork belly
Surf n Turf: Fried SS Crab, Lightly seared tuna steak, and a Filet
Dessert: I'm not a dessert person so I'll just have some fresh out the fryer cracklins

Oh and a diet coke

Warm, freshly baked bread slathered with good butter.

My grandmother's crawfish bisque with a side of her maque choux (the standard by which all maque choux is measured).

Something fried, because I've deprived myself of that for so long. Fried shrimp & fried oysters and some really good home fries.

Dessert: My mother's recipe for Nut Butter Crunch.

Well if I was on death row getting ready to get banned from life, I'd request drive-thru from Popeyes to give myself another 6 months to live.

Nasty combination but those are all of my favorites.
