Thick cut ribeye cooked medium rare with a loaded baked potato after 20 or so mich ultras, then top it off with a dozen crown on the rocks until I die suffocating from my own puke.

1st: Pizza Margherita (made by a Neapolitan)
2nd: Pasta Carbonara (made by a Roman)
3rd(Main Course): 48 oz cut of Prime Rib with horseradish, garlic mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob.
4th (Dessert): Chocolate Decadence Cake (or whatever kind of cake has 5 different kinds of chocolate), with Ben & Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk ice cream, all with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
eta: lots of bread; Whole milk, bottled water, and Diet Coke to drink.
Who the hell am I kidding. That's what I want to eat in a few months when I'm off this damn diet and I reach my goal.

My final meal will be the last one I eat before I die. Which is why I try to make most of them count. Hope it's not tonight because I had grape nuts and skim milk.

Entree: Veal Osso Buco from Indigo in New Orleans
Dessert: Chocolate Bread Pudding Souffle' from Redfish Grill
Wine: starter 1995 Moet Chandon Dom Perignon Champagne
Red: Belle Glos 2007 Las Asturas Pinot Noir
