What to do with leftover easter ham?

I've been eating off my leftovers for three days and i'm starting to get tired of ham sandwiches. Does anyone have any fun or unique ways to make use of this ham so i can eat it all before it goes bad?

Heat it up in the oven with a little honey glaze and some pineapple.
Do you have the ham bone leftover? Throw that in a pot and make some stock and cook red beans...

Thanks for the suggestions! I think I'm going to definitely cut it up and make some red beans at some point and will certainly cut some up with some green beans or sweet peas.

Save it for when you have sliced pork roast so you can make Cubanos (Cuban Sandwiches).

i cut a bunch offf on Sunday to make sandwiches and eat as leftoever for a few days
