Not a fat arse at all. You really need your head examined if you think a 36" waist is fat.

36" waist or 36" pants? If you are wearing 36" pants you definitely need to lose a few.

Sure, 195-200 is ideal for 5'11"-6'0". But, 210 isn't going to be bad at that height. 220 plus, yes, that is pushing it and borderline fat.

if you are 5'11 210 you are creeping dangerously close to being obese.

even 6'0 195 is still kinda fat.

Paul, you have a 36" waist, you're 6 feet of less, and under 35?. You are a puddin' eatin', fat arse, pig porking momma's boy.

Y'all are a truly special bunch. I feel most every MD and trainer would laugh so much at these asinine posts. 250,270...etc....that's FAT, not 200-210.

You should pray for moutons pole smoking life of sin. Any man worried this much about other mens waist size obviously enjoys a good pounding in the rectum. And we all know Jesus hates figs

POrky weren't you bragging about being in shape because you can run 2 miles under 20 minutes or something?? That is pretty good for a fat boy.

I know. We used to talk about swamp pop before there was a music board, way back in the day.

Frozen? That does not even make sense.

I've heard several places do this from a food rep. I do this at home and they come out fine.
