Did these for the first time not too long ago.
They came out okay, and made a really good ragu type sauce, to serve with pasta.
However, I no idea how boney those frickers actually were. I saw them in the packaging, and thought they'd be more along the lines of an osso bucco type shank. A bit more work than I realized it would be going in, at getting to the meat.

Kobe beef and grilled asparagus with some mash potatoes my grandmother use to make (to die for). Chocalate truffles

What is your favorite meal to cook at your house
Gumbo or something that I can really take my time on and come out with a great finished product (i.e. Drink a shitload of beer and be so drunk by the end I have no idea whats going on )
Oh, and anything smoked in the backyard

I like cooking everything at my house. What i enjoy most is my white bean soup, and my gumbo (with the right ingredients). I made a gumbo sunday, and am not too happy about it.
I usually get my andouille and tasso from bergeron's, and usually use a rotisserie chicken, and some fryer legs. Well, didn't have the sausage so went to winn dixie and picked up some andouille and tasso there, and they were out of rotisserie chickens, so i cooked up the drumsticks and some chicken breasts. It was still good, but i know it is better.
I also like slow cooking a good pot roast for 8 hours, with some mustard greens and french bread.

My favorite indulgence to cook at home is Martha Stewart's Macaroni and Cheese 101, using White Cheddar, Guyere and Pecorino Romano. But I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

My favorite meal is ol’ fashion meat loaf, mashed taters, mac & cheese, cabbage, homemade rolls and brownies. It may not be anything fancy but it is a meal that always brings a smile to the family.
The other is chicken and dumplings and cornbread.
