What is the best thing you had at Hogs for the Cause?

The spicy pork sandwich from Hogwatch was outstanding

hupig pie, as always
we also had several tacos that were all great, as was the porchetta sandwich at house of hogs (incredible booth design as well)
some non-BBQ stuff we had that was good were the chicken tikka at porkhub, some brussels sprouts with white BBQ from somewhere i dont recall, and a really good bacon pound cake at sweet swine o' mine

Cracklings from bbq and basset hounds or some shite. Hupig was good as always
Some of these teams need to work on their serving technique. Feels like I had a lot of stuff that was just sitting for awhile. Like take one bite and toss in the trash.

I was consistently not impressed with the ribs. Had 3 different samples and all were overcooked, fall of the bone.
My fav was that fried plantain eggroll, place next to the back bathrooms.

I had a pulled pork bahn mi with pork pate from a place I can't remember that I thought was fantastic. Absolutely going to make pate the next time I smoke a butt to make sandwiches with the leftovers.
Had sausage based off of a jalapeno popper which I thought was pretty good too.

That booth was having a great time. Got a nice quesadilla from them.

I had the cracklin twice from Pig Latin, both times it was chewy pieces of fat. They normally have outstanding crackin, but not this year.

The boudin sushi from smokeshow is the best thing there.
