It'll be steak at half-time for me. I may have a sweet potato and a green veggie on the side.


eta: Sweet potatoes are orange. I'll be a russet with some Irish gold butter.

Cooked white beans with salt meat today for tomorrow.
Will be frying speckled trout, shrimp and oysters tomorrow.
Bottles of ice cold Miller High Life.

“Low-country” boil (with liquid Zat instead of that old bay bullshite, of course.)
Crawfish and cream cheese dip and wife’s spinach and artichoke dip with French bread.
A tiger-striped king cake shipped from Caluda’s.
A Purple and a gold colored punch (to be served in newly bought lighted electric fountains—sure to wow my kids...and to be spiked individually for adults.)

Starting a 17 lb prime brisket at 5am.
Also smoking 10 lbs of chicken wings and korean short ribs for appetizers.

I'm making hamburgers with onion, mushroom, and gouda

I caramelized the onions and cooked some mushrooms with worcestershire sauce and onions

I'll cook the burgers tomorrow. I'll probably just get some potato chips as a side. Don't really feel like breaking out the deep fryer

I am going to do a Mexican chips and dips..Queso..Guacamole...and some of that good Salsa that everyone was talking about.. And I am going to heat up the chips..
