What is a fairly common food that you have never tried?

For me its any kind of canned smoked fish or smoked oysters. Not sure why. I love smoked salmon. I think I will pick up a tin of smoked herring after work.

Canned tuna fish. I'll eat the shite out of a tuna steak but never tried the can stuff.

raw oysters.

I like them chargrilled...but never tried them raw. I can't think of anything that looks nastier than they do.

Canned tuna is the only canned meat or seafood I have eaten. I don't count the can of Hormel chili from years ago because I'm not convinced the "meat" was actually meat.
