Smoked Chicken Thighs, tomato basil and lemon basamic salad, with corn and pasta salad ( roasted corn, avocado, bacon, mayo, ancho chile power, lime juice, cilantro and cotija cheese). Peach cobbler with Vanilla for dessert.

I had one last large filet of red snapper to cook, so I've made a tomato sauce for a couvillion.

Steak, avocado, Birdseye sriracha green beans. I'd rate them a zero. Blech.

Defrosted and blackened some red snapper for fish tacos. Topped with WowWee Sauce, Pap's Sauce (phenomenal hot sauce I got from the sportsmans show), Pico De Gallo, and some shredded cheese

Broiled a salmon filet marinated with soy sauce, chili sauce, lime juice, & minced garlic
Roasted some zucchini, red bell peppers, & baby bella mushrooms.
Also sliced a mater on the side

Drunk chicken... First time doing this. Too time consuming and didnt notice any extra moisture in the meat. Wont do again.

Broccoli. Feta and roasted peppers in a citrus dressing salad. Very good.

Wild sour beers... I've really been into them this summer.

Also boil't up some peanuts. Went standard issue salty peanuts... not spicy

You probably cooked it too long.
