Tonight was our anniversary dinner. We had beautiful ribeyes and then dessert at copelands. I found out tonight that the second best dessert that I have ever had is their creole cheesecake with bananas foster topping. That stuff was magical. The only dessert that I think is better is my wife's peach cobbler.

Provolone cheese. 90 seconds in the microwave (do them separately) and if you don't have a turntable, turn them a quarter at 45 seconds. Then drape them over something (I use a rolling pin) to shape them.

Tony's, always Tony's. But you might see black pepper on the shells. I salted and peppered the lettuce that's under the shrimp. For some reason, I don't use Tony's for that.
