Sautéed some baby broccoli, mushrooms and garlic. Served over white rice with nutritional yeast sprinkles and 1/2 an avocado

Gris, I've been wanting to try West Indies salad. I'd never heard of it till you. I might've tried to make it once, but my memory is failing me.

It's a very good summer prep for good crabmeat if you like fresh crabmeat. Wonderful on avocado, but fine by itself or just over lettuce.

I see JCMS has been reincarnated.

As I asked earlier, I would love the recipe for this. Never tried to make ceviche but have had it in a restaurant before. All recipes and culinary encouragement are appreciated. And to address the other, wrong but I hope that's not a bad thing.
