Those tacos look great Darla.

Went to North Italia in Houston. Had a bottle of Pinot Noir with a charcuterie board and a mushroom asparagus pizza.

Microwave the slice of cheese for 90 seconds and then drape it over something to shape it as it cools.

I didn't make them. That's how the Vietnamese make them in Little Saigon. Yes it is garlic. They're pretty good actually.
