Thanks!

Olive oil on both sides of the cabbage and in the oven at 425, 20 min per side. Finish with butter (or not). Salt & pepper.

Haiku Hihachi for the wife's birthday dinner. They didn't have High Life for the FIL. A chap at the table with us suggested a Japanese beer and his response was: "That sounds like a place we bombed the hell out of in WW2".

It was a great dinner tonight.
