Lol. It really is that simple. Put season salt, white pepper, and garlic powder on both sides of a regular sized thickness chop and then brown it really good in a touch of veg oil. Once they are browned really well, she puts them in a casserole dish and puts the bits from the skillet with a little chicken broth in the casserole dish. She then takes a fresh lemon and squeezes the juice over all the chops, covers the whole thing with foil, then puts it in a 225 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes. Serve the chops with the drippings/broth as au jus. Simple and amazing!
