That looks good Darla. Adding broccoli to the grocery list. I haven't had it in a while.

We SV some 2" bone in pork chops 145/4 and finished in a cast iron skillet with butter and thyme. Those were the best chops ive ever eaten.

I really think that two inches is too thick (thats not what she said). 1.5" would probably be ideal.
