Vegan burritos at my daughter's. Even had some kind of awful vegan cheese substitute.

I cooked it at 129* for 1 hour in a bag with garlic, shallots, rosemary, thyme, and butter after topping it with salt and pepper. Finished it in a cast iron skillet outside for a quick sear. Aroma and flavor was amazing. No knife required. I'm glad I bought this thing

Rosemary ham & gruyere on toasted homemade brioche, w/Edmund Fallot green peppercorn mustard. That mustard is hella good. Garlic fries on the side. Maybe some reheated cauliflower after while to balance out the starches.
