Wings!
I brined em, then smoked em, then flash fried to crisp them up. Sauce was butter, Green Dragon, harissa and chili garlic.

Reverse sear filet with cauliflower fried rice. Yea weird side but I wanted to try it.

Damn fine day on the pit, Balls.

We boiled a dozen and a half crabs at the FILs. 4jr ate five of them himself.

Vic & Anthony's at the Golden Nugget. 10 oz of wagyu beef skirt steak. It was phenomenal.
