I had some spec filets I fried in almond flour and dusted with Cajun Land creole. A lot better than Tony's, etc

Wasn't good. Had that bite and gave the rest to my yellow lab, Fred.

Didn't like the taste of the almond flour? I haven't fried with it, but I've used it to coat eggplant and avocado. I think it's an okay alternative.

Made some noodles with sauce from an avocado, some marinara, 3-4 roasted garlic cloves, water & a dash of soy sauce. It was pretty good

Also made some more of my favorite pototoes . Cube em real small, boil for 4 -5 minutes, and then sauté them in a little olive oil for 6 minutes or maybe more with whatever seasoning (Tony's for me) until they are hashbrownedish and crispy.
