Took smoked pulled pork leftovers, fresh cilantro, goat cheese, mozzarella, and homemade sauce leftover from bbq shrimp and made a pizza on the grill :)

I wasn't kidding about the microwave by the way. I've done it. It's good.

I think it helps retain most of their vitamins too.

I like the roasted (more charred) type of flavor. This is literally the first time I tried to cook it. I have had it at a few restaurants lately and liked it. I have hated for the past 20 years.
