I boiled 12 sacks yesterday and am officially over crawfish for nine months or so.

I'm grilling filets this evening that will be complimented with a snap bean dish as well as grilled squash and zucchini.

I just played some bad golf. -3 yesterday in position to win it all. +2 today. Losers cheeseburger and lots of vodka fdt. Saving grace from the weekend is 40lbs of catfish fillets.

Leftover marinara/meat sauce omelet, w garlic, fresh basil/oregano, and some Parmesan toasts and steamed asparagus. Got some Chinese char siu pork tenderloin marinating for tomorrow....
