Out at the camp for one more night, so doing it big. Frying up some backstrap, along with a duck gumbo and some hot water cornbread. May mix in a few Coors Lites.

I boiled a 33 pound sack of select crawfish with all the fixins. It was a great afternoon to be outside cooking and drinking.
