Trying out Paul Prudhomme's Cajun Meatloaf. Just put it in the oven. Snap beans and sliced cucumbers on the side. Cantaloupe and blueberries for desert.

I found a crockpot with apparently some BBQ country ribs at the playground. I'll open a nice 2007 David Arthur Meritagio with it.

Tried a new recipe for loaded potato soup. The taste was good, but the soup was as runny as water. Not what I was looking for.
