Back in old Mexico, I see...

Found a place that sells beef tounge, going to make some badass tacos soon. I hate cleaning the tounge but love to eat them

The mexi-stand I go to sells lengua tacos.... don't eat beef, though, so I can't bring myself to do it.

It's super easy to clean. Just cook with the skin on and peel off afterwards.

Thanks! I must be slow. Never cleaned them after cooking. It is a pain to do it before but that is how I was shown to do it.

They are good if you like beef. Tastes like a rich, marbled peice of roast beef. Cilantro, onion and lime. Wonderful stuff.

Yeah it's pretty easy to throw chicken in the crock pot on Sunday while I hit the pool then have dinner for the next few nights.

I'm sure it's good. I haven't had beef in like 4 years, though, so it would probably make me sick

Wife is in Atlanta in the middle of an art quest to north GA. I was left in the landmass to fend for myself and tonight that resulted in the best thick beef burger I have had in ages.

My belly hurts (in a good way).
