App was jap peppers stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. Fried in the skillet and then dressed with BBQ sauce and finished in the oven. Too damn cold to grill.

Entree will be pork grillades served over sour cream and garlic mashed potatoes. A nice Spanish Garnacha will go with it.

ribeyes and salad. i know most here like to just use "kosher salt and cracked black pepper" on their steaks but my wife can marinate the shite out of a ribeye. these particular slabs of meat have been marinating for 2 days

I'm having a combination of both. Stuffed and wrapped jalapeños with ribeyes, salad, and potatoes. And a few cracklings to snack on with my beer while I'm cooking.

Had Black Bean and Ham soup for lunch. Has been a good day so far. I expect dinner to be a nice ending.

The wife is frying chicken as I type this. She is making purple hull peas and baked sweet potatoes as sides.

Braised chicken breasts with rice and gravy.
Stir fried broccoli and snow peas with sweet N sour sauce.
Pasta with ground meat.

The fridge is full. No cooking tomorrow.

I started a thread earlier this week about the funny food picture comment in a case of a selfie death. A few people stated what plate of food they wanted to go face first in when they died.

Ever since I have wanted fried pork chops seasoned with Adolph's, mashed potatoes, and english peas. So, that is what I am having tonight. Hopefully, I won't go face first dead, but if I do I will go happy.
