Salmon - the salmon from Trader Joe's is of good enough quality for my taste that I don't even cook it. I just cut it up into sashimi.

Last trip of the year to the farmer in New Roads and loaded up on what veggies she had. From that mixture, I've made 2 jugs of pickles, blue cheese stuffed figs and baba ganoush. Been snacking on all that this evening. Had a peacemaker at Acme for lunch, so not super hunger.
