Risotto of Portabella button mushrooms and those things similar to Coquilles de San Jacques. Heavy on pimentón, bit of cilantro and lime.

Green salad of paper type lettuce, onion, tomato.

Chilean Pinot Noir.

This was the first time we had the Kirkland brand fish sticks and I was pleasantly surprised. They had easily three times more fish and are tastier than I think it was Gorton's(we had a handful of those that were cooked alongside the Costco ones). I like the Kirkland brand.
