Wife wanted a warm meal on this stormy evening so I made a deer chili.

Leftover enchiladas. A week or so ago there was a thread about foods that don't reheat well. Enchiladas get my vote. Tortillas end up with a weird texture that isn't appetizing.

Also, Mexican rice and sautéed yellow squash

A small salad and leftover Zucchini and ham rolls. Had low carb strawberry pie (no crust and everything else sugar free) with sugar free Cool Whip.
